Engineering Every Machine for Reliable Production
We operate standardized production workshops with independent precision machining of key columns, cylinders and machine plates. During assembly, every machine is equipped with carefully selected high-quality components and our automatic injection-gun distance calibration system.
Each machine undergoes individual injection-gun alignment inspection before delivery. This approach helps control potential equipment issues from the hardware level, reduce the risk of mold impact and minimize material leakage, excess sprues and unnecessary maintenance costs.
We also provide customized configurations, including multi-station and multi-gun machines, to meet different production requirements and complex product applications.
Tested Under Real Production Conditions
Before shipment, every complete machine undergoes extended high-pressure testing. Large molds and complex samples are used to simulate real production conditions and evaluate machine rigidity, pressure stability, injection-gun distance accuracy and heavy-load performance.
Customers are also welcome to bring their own molds to our factory for machine testing. This allows customers to directly compare molding performance, mold protection and production results before making a purchasing decision.
By combining precision manufacturing, rigorous testing and real-world simulation, we aim to minimize potential defects before equipment leaves the factory.
